I am excited to share my latest television segment with you. The region is quite a mouthful, but it is well worth learning about it.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a small area in the Veneto region in north east Italy located between Venice and the Dolomites.  The vineyards are located on insane slopes that are deemed heroic viticulture. It takes approximately 600 hours to tend to the vines every vintage versus about 150 hours if the vines were on the plains.

I hope you enjoy the segment and I hope you are a Prosecco fan!
