I had a month off from Your Central Valley, but I am excited to be back and on a new set. This month we are discussing the myth that white wines can’t age. We discuss what happens in the bottle as a white wine ages while tasting through four wines. Although 2021 is not that long ago, in the age that most purchased wine is consumed within the first 72 hours, for a white wine, 2021 may as well be ancient. We then go further back in the time machine for a 2015 and 2014, exploring the nuances between the wines.
